Online Yoga Classes

Since the start of COVID in March 2020, the group yoga class is being taught online through Zoom platform. Register for the class through momoyoga platform below and you will receive Zoom sign in details by email 30 minutes before the class.

This class is run as a charity class, with 50% proceeds donated to charities. The charities that I have supported so far include: Endometriosis UK, Plan UK, Solving Kids Cancer, the Ukraine Charity and Future Hope.

Monday Evening Class (September – December 2020)

A gentle online classes with a focus on the pelvic region. This class is designed based on my own experience of back and endometriosis pain, drawing on the knowledge I learned from Yoga Medicine, including multiple anatomy courses.
We will use yoga poses to improve the circulation around the pelvis while focusing on strengthening and lengthening core, back and legs muscles and connective tissue (fascia). I will incorporate elements of pranayama, breathing techniques, into classes to focus on calming the mind and emotions.
This class will finish a yoga nidra, a deep relaxation technique based on Satyananda School of yoga. Yoga nidra can be translated as yogic sleep. It is a relaxation technique that most students find extremely rewarding.
The online yoga classes are open to all levels, including beginners.
