Open Yoga Classes

The open classes are open to anyone to attend. The flow is based on Vinyasa Yoga style and are designed to fit everybody attending the class. The intensity of the class is based on the groups prior yoga experience and varies from one class to another.

Private Yoga Classes

The private classes are designed for a specific need and focus on achieving your desired goals. We can work on either a physical condition, developing strength and flexibility in a specific area of the body (for example legs, hips, shoulders, or spine); or concentrate on stress relief, grounding, and emotional stability.
