This retreat is a weekend away from a busy life pre-holidays to give you a break to rest so that you can enjoy the social life and festivities during the holiday season to its fullest. It is a perfect opportunity to take a break from a daily routine and take some time for yourself, to nurture the inner spirit and wisdom.
We will practice meditation, pranayama and gentle vinaysa flow yoga in the mornings. After brunch you will have plenty of time to reflect, relax, read a book, write a journal, or take walk in the nature if the weather allows.
In the afternoons we will practice restorative/yin yoga followed by yoga nidra, a deep relaxation.
Vegetarian meals will be prepared on site by the Abbey. Food allergies can be accommodated with an advance notice of at least one week.
